We serve importers, exporters, and logistics companies needing one partner for the entire cargo journey — from slot booking to customs clearance. There is no handoff between agent and broker; the same agent who receives your goods at the port processes your documents at the office.

A Founder's Independent First Step
In 1977, founder Mrs. Phebe Rusmiati Elim took a bold leap entirely on her own. Starting from rented premises at Jl. Arjuna 21, Denpasar-Bali, she established PT. Pacific Express Cargo.
Team Foundation & Core Values
Guided by parental prayers and divine providence, she steadily invited trusted colleagues to join—from drivers to accounting and operations staff. Upon this tight-knit team, the company's bedrock was established.
Official Legal Incorporation
On December 13, 1977, the company was officially incorporated with a formal notarial deed executed before Mr. Rames Iswara.
Multisector Partnerships & 23 Warehouses
Close collaboration with major airlines, banking institutions, and trade partners accelerated growth. To accommodate swelling cargo volumes, Pacific Express Cargo leased up to 23 warehouse facilities across Jl. Imam Bonjol and Jl. Arjuna, Denpasar-Bali.
Permanent Headquarters in Hang Tuah Renon
The year 1992 marked the next defining milestone. By grace, Pacific Express Cargo successfully built its own permanent headquarters and operational facilities at Jl. Hang Tuah 1-3x Renon, Denpasar-Bali.
Four decades later, the founding spirit of Jalan Arjuna lives on.
From modest rented premises in 1977, Pacific Express Cargo now operates an integrated hub in Hang Tuah Renon, coordinating freight movements to hundreds of destinations across five continents.
